My DVDs came in today. I was really anxious. I was thinking of several excuses I could give myself. I didn't give in. The workout wasn't as bad as I thought it could be. Granted, I modified a good bit of it. I don't quite have all of the equipment I need. I need a larger range of dumbbellsand a weight bench. I still did it anyways. I modified my push-ups. I used random objects as weights (a few bags of rice and beans from the pantry). But, I did it. I definitely feel it. I'm excited to get correct weights so I can rock it.
About to poach some salmon to eat with my vegetables. The meal plan hasn't been too bad. My banana pancakes suck. But it's just one meal of the day. My turkey chili has been good at lunch and my snacks throughout the day keep me going. I've been pooping like crazy today. I think my body is reacting to the healthy foods and rejecting all of the leftover crap (literally and figuratively). However, I've stuck with it (even if it's only for two days). This is the longest I've ever stuck to a diet in my life. Even with testing today, there was endless pizza and desserts. I resisted. It was a small victory for me.
